Pickup and Damage Claims


All orders are picked up by customers at the designated cargo pickup location. Since pickup is at the cargo location, sparepartsuae.com does not accept any claims for damages that may occur during or after pickup.


Customers are responsible for:

- Verifying the condition of parts before leaving the pickup location

- Ensuring proper handling and transportation of parts after pickup


Any damage discovered after pickup cannot be claimed against sparepartsuae.com. We recommend thoroughly inspecting all items at the pickup location before accepting delivery.
